To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

仍然是holiday mood 的今天, 心情極之輕鬆：) 便決定和3位同事”食遠飯”，乘坐叮叮去北角去吃我們至愛之一譚仔三哥米線：) 有很多人在等入座, 等了大約20分鐘終於有位了!由於是長期擁躉, 一坐下即可以下單 XD 我們點了至愛的三哥推介-- 土匪雞翼和皮蛋share, 再各自點米線! 這兩款小食實在太無敵了, 夠惹味開胃! ：) 而我自己點了魚腐,腩肉十少辣米線, 保持一貫水準, 米線彈牙; 魚腐軟滑; 腩肉肥瘦得宜! 份量剛好! ：) 每人平均也只需HK$ 59, 平靚正快午餐之選!
