To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 去左黃大仙中心行街得大快活唔使排隊，就入去試下， 同老公帶埋阿囡囡都叫左三個餐。大快活晚上仲會有人送餐， 依家做快餐店真係大競爭， 所以服務，環境衛生都好好。 嬰兒椅都好乾淨。粟米肉粒飯 -多汁，肉粒真係成方型，食完好口渴。咖哩雞飯 -香濃咖哩，正常唔太油，份量夠晒飽，有五件雞，剛好有雞髀仔 雞肉鮮嫩， 薯仔好粉，反而好入味我好喜歡 京都肉排飯 甜甜酸酸，酸味較重，好多配菜，茄子吸曬油變得好油膩。食完成口都係油之餘，牙齒又酸。
