翠湖海鮮飯店在東區西灣河,是一間中式酒樓。當然點了第一碟招牌菜【花雕凍豬手】,以花雕酒浸豬手,配辣椒+蒜粒,豬手肉質爽而彈牙,不油膩而開胃。另外值得一讚【菠蘿咕噜蝦球】,相比普通的菠蘿咕噜肉,這裡稍微改良了一下,同樣是酸甜口味,但是用了不一样的蝦球,炸的很酥,咬開可以看到每一蝦球都被酥酥的外皮包裹着,裡面的蝦肉香酥彈牙~再來一煲【五菇鮮菌大燴煲】新鮮的菇菌,味道討好夠鮮味,口感豐富夠紮實,杏鮑菇、大啡菇、厚冬菇及肥蘑菇…款款都是素中肉,超好吃的低卡高纖、高蛋白菇類的健康料理!最後點了【西蘭花花枝玉帶】,炒出來的帶子花枝又爽口又啖啖肉,非常滋味!
