To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

特登同三五知己黎試下我朋友推薦既生滾粥身為食粥發燒友更係要試下入去叫粥果陣老闆推薦一定要食雞粥或者海鮮粥，咁我選擇食雞粥，黎到一試，粥好綿好滑再加埋雞，成個粥十分之香，好食！之後再叫啲小炒食下，叫左煎蠔餅，椒鹽鮮魷，鮑魚同胡椒豬肚湯本身粥鋪心諗其他野都應該一般般點知黎到全部都有驚喜😳全部野食比想像高質，無偷工減料，好新鮮最重要價錢唔貴，好低食！不過係可能係小店既關系，出小炒既時間就慢咗小小，不過慢工出細貨，最緊要好食！下次一定再黎 支持小店
