To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

係IKEA行到攰又見差唔多到晚餐時間，第一時間就諗起呢間窮人恩物IKEA Restaurant & Café，不過由於疫情關係排隊等候時間較長，喺外面排隊職員會幫你安排位置。今次晚餐就叫咗香草煙三文魚沙律、海陸大餐、小食拼盤同埋新出嘅牛油蒜香焗龍蝦配芝士煙肉焗薯。香草煙三文魚沙律係必食之一，挪威三文魚油潤可口，沙律菜亦都新鮮。海陸大餐，牛肉夠嫩醬汁又煮得夠香，不同隻蝦就有小小差，薯角非常香脆，仲有雜菜半碟。牛油蒜香焗龍蝦配芝士煙肉焗薯，$69有半隻龍蝦都算抵食，肉質鮮甜配上牛油蒜茸非常唔錯，焗薯份量適中夠晒飽肚，不過味道一般。小食拼盤一次過食晒唔同嘅小食，有粟米、薯格、腸仔、雞翼。
