To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好喜歡到德記食飯, 除了豬皇麵牛皇麵, 我也很愛它的蠔仔出品蠔仔炒麵及蠔仔煎蛋飯都是一流~之前試過蠔仔炒麵, 蠔仔多, 麵夠香, 很是回味今勻再試一道 蠔仔煎蛋飯蠔仔份量多, 蛋煎很夠香夠乾身, 整件舖在碟上, 看來已很滿足蠔仔加上蛋, 好香口, 食到停唔到白飯夠乾身, 只需配豉油汁已提升到好味程度~奉送紫菜湯, 紫菜又多又滑~ 同樣ok~~這家是值得推介的好地方
