To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

平靚正越式碟頭飯

喜歡越菜，說白點是喜歡越式酸魚露。香茅豬扒沾上越式酸魚露再配白飯，香咸甜酸完美地配搭著，真是一流。老公對小店特別關注，又不知從哪裡知道這間越式菜館。餐廳菜式不多，都是一些大路食物。午餐我們就點了最簡單的香茅豬肉飯及豬扒蛋餅飯。老公的豬扒飯很香，而且很淋很入味，蛋餅結實得黎又唔會太硬。豬扒亦很大塊，基本上是肉多過飯。雖然香茅不是貴價食材，大多數餐廳只會落少少的香茅，但這間真是真材實料的。香茅豬肉飯一上枱就聞到勁香的香茅味，豬肉份量多，豬肉很入味。可能是太好餸飯，不知不覺已經食曬成碟飯。餐廳有自制的芒果榚、馬豆榚、椰汁榚等。但太飽試唔到，下次要試吓。
