To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

聽朋友講這間餐廳的廚師之前是酒樓大廚，所以就去試一試這間新開的餐廳，當我在門外看餐牌的時候很快就有人來介紹有什麼好吃，我有兩個人去食飯，他推介$88蜜餞黃金雙拼蝦、$68乳鴿生菜包，我當天叫了他介紹的兩樣送還叫了做緊持價$22蝦醬通菜，真的很不錯，那個雙拼蝦很抵食每一種味道各有五件，仲要係大蝦球，黃金蝦的蛋黃味很濃，正！生菜包的味道也很好，我在外面只食過普通的泰式生菜包，這個用乳鴿來做真係好特別，新奇有趣，每叫一樣送還送白飯，飲野只係+$6，真抵！兩個人結賬$190，很不錯！
