To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢間店都幾好穩,我係睇咗人地嘅推薦先至想來試下嘅,大話話都係米其林一星吖,應該都唔會差得去邊嘅酥皮叉燒包,一上檯嗰陣我真係以為係菠蘿油添,真係好似吖,上面嘅一層酥皮真係幾酥脆下,裡邊嘅叉燒餡都幾多下,甜同咸味適中,唔會甜到滯又不會無味,不愧係招牌吖!蘿蔔糕真係蘿蔔糕來加,依家出邊賣嘅蘿蔔糕大部分都係糕邊有蘿蔔加,不過呢度嘅蘿蔔糕真係蘿蔔好好好多吖,裡邊仲有好多臘肉粒之類嘅,好香吖,就為咗蘿蔔糕我覺得就應該多來幾次添好運先得!桂花糕我係見到隔離檯叫咗我先至叫嘅,睇起身真係好靚啊,晶瑩剔透,裡邊d枸杞同桂花襯住透明嘅糕成個啫喱咁,真係見到都唔捨得食吖。
