To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日同男朋友都放假，晚餐諗唔到食咩好，就決定是旦落街食個大家樂啦。見到佢新出左一個南洋咖喱嘅菜式，我哋就嗌咗一份南洋咖喱厚切吉列豬扒飯試吓。份量都幾多，有一大塊吉列豬扒、飯、配菜同埋一大碗咖喱。咖喱食落有濃濃嘅椰香味，用嚟送飯一流👍🏼裏面仲有唔少薯仔（個人認為咖喱一定要有薯仔🤤）塊吉列豬扒非常有驚喜！完全做到外脆內軟，非常容易咬開，質素同貴價日本餐廳有得揮！！另外我哋仲帶咗個小菜，西蘭花炒魚塊，再加左碗老火燉湯。碗湯飲得出唔係味精湯，平時係屋企少飲湯嘅朋友不妨試吓。不過碟小菜就略嫌有點鹹，如果落返少啲鹽就完美喇。總括嚟講，如果喺屋企唔想煮飯，其實大家樂都係一個唔錯嘅選擇😳唔算話好重口味，而且佢啲食物質素唔會比出邊收得貴嘅餐廳差添😆
