我相信冇乜邊個唔中意食燒味啦,我今日去咗葵涌成城大廈地下13號舖嘅燒味滷師幫屋企加餸。裝修都幾新淨下(好似唔係幾關事⋯⋯),仲有好多唔同嘅選擇添。我買咗四樣嘢食:1/4隻至尊燒鵝($110)諗咗好耐買唔買,好在最後都買咗。外皮脆口,肉質都嫩滑。仲有啲梅醬,點落去食都唔錯、幾特別。斬得好,舊舊都有肉㗎!半斤燒味佬叉燒($40)買燒味叉燒當然係必叫啦!半肥半瘦最好食,外皮紅紅的,唔會太乾又唔會肥膩。蜜汁叉燒真係真係好滋味!半隻客家鹽焗雞($25)我要睇返張單有冇叫錯,心諗點解半隻咁平都咁大?呢盒超級香,食落去啲雞肉都幾嫩滑。鹹度適中,撈飯食一流。半磅海蜇拼泰式鳳爪($42)我超中意食海蜇,屋企人就中意泰式鳳爪!好爽脆海蜇,係一個唔錯嘅開胃冷盤!鳳爪仲要冇骨嘅添,酸酸甜甜好好味。炎炎夏日唔好錯過呢到嘅冷盤。葵涌有少少遠,我唔係成日去開。但其實嘅間燒味滷師有好多間分店,你地可以睇下邊間方便再去試下~
