食飯幾時都係睇心情,開心一餐唔開心又一餐。今日屋企無煮飯就約朋友出黎食。因為市面大部分餐廳都無開,就GOOGLE咗附近有咩好食。雖然呢度位處酒店入面但人流不多,每枱相隔都夠寛闊,唔怕傳染。前菜係幾款刺身,甜蝦/三文魚/油甘魚同吞拿魚都幾鮮味,連平時不太會點嘅希靈魚都唔錯,可能係近期餓在家中得太耐,對各種食物都有加分,哈哈。冰鎮海鮮拼盤有鮑魚/海螺/長腳蟹/海蝦/小龍蝦/大蜆及青口等。因為凍食更加可以品嚐到食物嘅原汁原味。最重要係各款貝類都無沙,可以大啖大啖咁食落肚。小龍蝦好多膏,食落甘香。海螺就爽口彈牙,肉質結實。加上少少芥末或者紅酒醋,更能提鮮去腥,相得益彰。小食拼盤有三文魚卷/泰式青木瓜甘荀沙律/車厘茄水牛芝士及沙律菜。煙三文魚夠肥美,配上小粒橄欖,味道提升唔少。青木瓜沙律經過腌製逼走多餘水分,所以更有風味。餐湯係雜菌濃湯,入口甘香幼滑又唔油膩。值得一讚係餐湯配包,有兩種分別係法包片及黑面包。兩款都十分鬆軟,配上調味牛油後,突顥出小麥粉味嘅濃郁。好味。餐湯過後就正式進入主菜環節。三人每人一道主菜分別係薑蔥蒸石班/澳洲穀飼牛肉眼扒/紐西蘭羊扒。每款都分量十足,令人飽餐一頓。薑蔥蒸石班
