To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 又是我喜歡的西營盤，又有一間令我滿心歡喜又好味的Cafe 首先地點十分方便，離地鐵站十分近。大大的玻璃窗一望就見到招牌。地方十分寬敞，店內環境十分舒服。而且店員十分親切，有禮貌。這裏是半自助型式，客人可先找個坐位坐下來，再去購買食物，店員會給你一個號碼牌，待食物準備好，店員會給送餐。店內有個自助服務區：有食具，清水，杯給客人使用，而令我最興奮是「走吹管」Cafe提供鋼吹管，令地球又健康一點。食物方便都多選擇，有麵包類，意粉，烏冬。而且是全素的，有時不想吃得太油，這真的是個好地方。
