To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

每去到一個地方，諗5到食乜，但都會諗到食譚仔。今日黎到荔枝角又想晚餐食平平地，就決定去食米線。係荔枝角地鐵站A出口一上去就有個長沙灣廣場，裏面就有。環境都係比較迫，很多大長枱。今次同2個朋友一齊去，除左叫咗碗清湯墨魚丸炸醬小米之外，仲再叫咗2款小食。我朋友最愛ge皮蛋同土匪雞翼，可惜皮蛋不夠凍，以我不吃辣，這種辣度接受到。土匪雞翼就keep得住水準。我朋友就叫咗碗重慶酸辣三小辣，佢話的確有d辣，成個湯底都係紅色，我望到已經不敢試。
