Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

見餐牌有一大堆關於日式拉麵的,其中有一項--咖哩吉列豬扒拉麵,心諗,唔通係咖哩湯底咁正?就叫左一個黎試咁當然冇咁大隻蛤蟆隨街跳喇,個麵先21蚊...實情係一碟大份都不得了既吉列豬扒,淋上現成既咖哩汁,然後個湯拉麵就另上咁囉....試左啖拉麵,一大陣鹼水味,但係個紫菜湯底,係真係幾香紫菜味既~既然叫左咖哩吉豬,當然要試下整個咖哩湯底出黎,就一野將d咖哩汁倒哂落去個湯度(不包括豬扒),撈勻佢....食落去冇咩咖哩味....可能個咖哩汁太淡lu
