To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

友人想食福建菜，原本想食另一間，但價錢太貴，只好選擇這間小店。店內環境不算太大，剛好有張細枱 大部分食客都似是福建人，像做街坊生意。看看餐牌，有很多是福建菜，價錢合理。我們點了「閩南蟹肉羹」、「雞卷併醋肉」、「香煎蚝仔」及「芥菜炒飯」。平時我們都不太好湯羹的，今次友人興致勃勃地要點閩南蟹肉羹，味道與別不同，清清地，有D碎肉，有口感。雞卷併醋肉，較大塊，不太油，但很香口。這碟香煎蚝仔很特別，同以往的煎蚝餅的口感不同。香口，可送飯 店員推介這款芥菜炒飯，炒飯不油膩，飯粒粒分明，材料豐富，很好味！
