先嚐愛爾蘭生蠔,蠔身爽脆又帶點Creamy,蠔味亦濃,重點是相當新鮮,很有驚喜。翡翠螺十分鮮甜,是不俗的貨色。磯煮鮑魚以日式甜麵汁煮過,口感柔軟,食味帶點新意。青口以同湯汁煮過,帶海水的咸香。相對而言帶子最為平凡,不過以三文魚籽點綴後添了賣相,這生蠔拼盤是誠意的表現,也難怪每桌也點上一客吧!

喜歡牛油果的關係,選了這走健康的牛油果煙三文魚沙律($108)。這沙律的份量絕不欺場,煙三文魚、牛油果都是人氣的食材,伴以沙律菜及油醋,是最穩陣的沙律配搭。最欣賞的是沙律菜的質素,和那牛油果的清新軟膩

侍應推介的白酒煮蜆扁意大利麵($128)屬重口味之選。用的是新鮮肥美的車厘蜆,除了白酒外,還以黑椒、番茜、蔥蒜、橄欖油同炒,扁意粉異常香口,香氣撲鼻。扁意粉煙靭帶有嚼勁,對喜歡口感的我而言是正中下懷,但友人卻嫌意粉過於硬身,淺嚐一口便放棄了。

另一主菜是炭燒美國安格斯肉眼扒($258),300克的份量足以二人分享。選了Medium Well的熟度,炭烤過的扒當然是特別香口,肉質鬆化,油花不太明顯,但牛香相對較濃,與香甜的蘑菇燒汁十分搭配。雖不算十分出色,但已發揮了這肉眼扒該有的水準,而就份量而言亦相當划算。

始終是女生飯局,至此已是飽了,卻瞥見鄰桌長相邪惡甜品,最終還是忍不住點了一份。焦糖拖肥批($55)屬甜膩系的甜點,當中脂肪與卡路里之高是顯然易見的,不過選它就是要豁岀去了。厚重的忌廉下是完熟的香蕉,底層是沾上焦糖的脆餅,加上涼絲絲的食感,口感上是完勝了,不過一心期待被焦糖膩死的我,實在覺得那份甜膩來得太輕淡,若然那焦糖能下得狠勁一些就更完美了。
