To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

本來想食上海野 但大排長龍 見呢間冇乜人就走入黎話無人其實入面都坐無虛席 只係冇排到出黎 好多人打邊爐叫左蠔仔湯 幾多料咖 不過湯既味唔出 少少可惜福建滷麵 食閩菜必試 原來好大碗 好彩家父好鍾意食麵 而且麵又夠入味 好抵食清蒸沙巴龍躉仔 本人就最愛食蒸魚 最怕酒樓大log大log咁放入蒸櫃蒸 完全死魚當活魚 呢度就唔同啦 蒸到岩岩好 又滑肉中間又有魚汁滲出 自己食左3/4條😛豉汁蒸鱔 其實我成日都分唔到鱔同鰻有冇分別 anyways,, 我鍾意蒸鱔既蒸完都非常爽口 只係個豉汁太濃 蓋過左鱔味 反而家父就覺得咁先夠味 同埋可以碰頭保無草泥味順帶一提 叫度既午餐三四十蚊就有交易 大大盒 夠火喉 外賣左都同樣好味 而且老闆好好人 我地揀餸個時問三問四 左思右想都冇話我地 仲叫我地慢慢黎唔洗急 like ah!

叫左蠔仔湯 幾多料咖 不過湯既味唔出 少少可惜

福建滷麵 食閩菜必試 原來好大碗 好彩家父好鍾意食麵 而且麵又夠入味 好抵食

清蒸沙巴龍躉仔 本人就最愛食蒸魚 最怕酒樓大log大log咁放入蒸櫃蒸 完全死魚當活魚 呢度就唔同啦 蒸到岩岩好 又滑肉中間又有魚汁滲出 自己食左3/4條😛
