To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期六去沙田第一城嘅大家樂食下午茶,  揀左個燒鴨湯瀨粉配紅豆冰, 盛惠$29蚊. 真心覺得係全城最抵. 初頭心諗有冇咁著數?!   點知..... 碗粉黎到....  一反開啲燒鴨, 就見到全部都係骨, 得返陣皮 (仲要係件件都咁樣), 我當刻真係以為自己order左個"有骨冇肉片皮鴨".如果真係要因貨就價, 我建議個產品名加個"味"字, 變成"燒鴨湯味瀨粉配紅豆冰"比較貼切.不過值得一讚係佢地嘅紅豆冰, 啲紅豆煮得幾稔, 味道又唔太甜..推薦評分: 3/10  <--個分係俾杯紅豆冰 #警惕 #平野冇好野#安慰自己 # $29可以食到有骨冇肉片皮鴨瀨粉底
