Restaurant: Mu Sa Shi Ya Ma

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

午餐時間，去seven買野見到間，細細間的日本料理，個名都特別，好似岩岩開左冇幾耐，（｡ӧ◡ӧ｡）還都有的肚餓，就試下！鋪頭雖小但都幾精細，入到去見到都坐滿曬得人，lunch主要定食為主，見到好多款選擇又唔知道食咩，見到個四眼哥哥過來介紹，態度都幾好，推薦左一個燒五花腩定食，出餐都算快，賣相幾好，口感外脆內嫩，點埋得自家製味增夠味！又唔肥膩，外搭的前菜都幾開胃！尼個價錢來講真係物有所值！聽講老闆兼总厨係日本返來的華僑，有料理經驗幾十年，揾曰一定要過來試下晚餐菜式，睇下有咩獨特之處！
