同小白兔行開旺角,有店員派街招。原來係食古早味台灣菜,睇落門面都乾淨企理,一於去試下。上樓梯先去到餐廳,裝修都唔錯,幾別緻。原來樓上都幾大,目測有100個坐位左右。我哋揀咗卡位坐。睇下餐牌先,有好多經典台灣小食農家蓋飯, 估唔到材料咁豐富, 原來係一碗大魯肉飯,上面再有鹽酥雞,台式香腸, 煎鯖魚, 蛋菜等。鹽酥雞炸得好香口, 粉唔硬,咸度適中。 靖魚煎得幾好,唔會腥味。家常燒茄子, 原本以為原條上燒茄子。原來係燒完後,同白菜一齊上枱,變成一個小菜。燒過的茄子外層有少少脆, 再兜返個芡汁,好入味。宜蘭卜肉, 原來係炸豬肉條。粉薄薄一層,炸粉薄而帶少少甜味,有點似平時食炸旦白的外層。 豬肉新鮮,帶少少肉汁。
