To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

叫左一份煎餃, 一份生煎包,一倨酸辣湯, 魚蛋同魷魚煎餃可以一口一隻, 微脆, 唔算油, 入面是豬肉餡, 唔算太肥膩, 幾好。生煎包都係細細個GE, 入面D 餡比較多肥肉, 個底煎得幾脆, 但太多油。酸辣湯越飲越辣, 主要係豆乾同木耳絲,肉絲同蛋較少。好大碗辣魚蛋係唔使加汁都辣!!! 即係本身已經係煮辣左, 惹味,5似出面要加汁先辣魷魚無味, 亦無乜鮮味, 要加汁先得。價錢真係無敵, 仲要一定食得飽, 可惜無人執台, 不過咁平, 都無咩所謂LA
