To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好耐無飲茶，今日黎左稻香飲，下午茶都幾多人，等十張八張枱㗎。原來下午茶點心有特價，全部一個價，咁又幾抵喎，可以唔使睇咩點就叫。叫左六樣野，點心都黎得幾快，樣都唔差。除左xo醬蘿蔔糕其他都幾好食，唯獨呢樣又油又盛似炸定好耐，仲好鹹添。唔覺唔覺原來都叫晒大點以上嘅點心，都唔算誇張啫，隔離個枱蝦餃燒賣一人一籠添啦，兩個人食四籠蝦餃燒賣，真係有幾鐘意食呀。不過部熱水機有無清潔㗎？打開層格水墊，下面有蜘蛛仔，眼不見為乾淨了。
