To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一早放新年假的我,又懶得在家中煮粉麵吃,最快捷方便一定是去江仔記吃碗六寶河加半份炸魚皮,另外喝一火杯熱紅棗薑蜜,包我飽足。幸好我早一點來,因為沒多久米線,河粉,雲吞均售罄,太誇張吧。我是第一次吃江仔記平日下午茶,不知是否平時也這麼旺場?可能因為太多人光顧的關係,河粉湯底喝起來沒有魚味道,超淡的,我加了幾匙羹辣椒油調味。墨魚丸,魚蛋富彈性,墨魚丸更散發墨魚本身的香氣。當然不少得我喜愛的魚皮餃和魚扎,內餡扎實,用料實在,吃完還想再吃。熱紅棗薑蜜非常滋潤,甜蜜溫潤的紅棗蜜入口溫順,舒喉極致,對於我這個長期喉嚨不適的人來說可算不錯的飲品。
