To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 大年初一晚，都要食快餐。快餐店基本上間間都有開，大快活比較方便，因為可以坐低等野食送黎。呢一點係其他快餐店暫時仍比不上。餐牌上雖然款式唔少，但其實款款都40 蚊以上，最後決定點左個扣肉飯。呢個飯份量好正常，食完唔係飽但又唔餓。個扣肉飯名義上係扣肉，實際有一半係茄子，茄子幾淋，但個汁比較咸，可能係因為有梅菜既關係。梅菜份量其實好少，而且味道落哂d汁度，佢既味道就變得好淡。最後扣肉就幾軟，口感唔錯，味道就普通，唔係突出。整體而言，就係好正常既快餐，不過就覺得貴左少少。
