To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

年初四返工，最頭痛，食乜好。有同事12:30偷走出去搵地方食飯，酒樓無位，茶記無位，N間食肆無開，最後搵到1300，搵到呢度。(之前食左幾次)6個人6個餐放中間share。個湯好濃郁的蕃茄味，飲得出佢真係用蕃茄打爛佢的質地。牛肉下面係薯蓉底。牛仔骨都幾惹味。三文魚意大利飯，個三文魚真係幾大塊。豬手真係脆，咬的時候真係有聲架。好普通的意大利麵。青魚，無腥味，燒得幾好，不過就差唔多食哂先黎，好似慢左D。由於呢度的凍咖啡係唔好飲的，所以我地無人叫咖啡的。其實呢度的環境，侍應都幾好。
