To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

年初3和男朋友出街街，順道陪他吃他最喜歡的壽司。我們6點半就去排隊，誰不知一排就排了一個小時！！！看來大家都很愛吃元氣😉幸好我們有先吃小食打底，要不是就餓壞了。7點半終於可以入坐，一坐下立即拿下ipad點點點！試了限定的善之心、燒帶子壽司、焗蠔壽司等等。每次看到火車盛裝住我們的壽司就覺得很有趣，這應該是元氣壽司多人吃的其中一個原因吧，享受食物之餘也享受玩樂的感覺！數過了最後2人吃了17碟左右，2人來說是多還是正常？？😂😂

7點半終於可以入坐，一坐下立即拿下ipad點點點！試了限定的善之心、燒帶子壽司、焗蠔壽司等等。每次看到火車盛裝住我們的壽司就覺得很有趣，這應該是元氣壽司多人吃的其中一個原因吧，享受食物之餘也享受玩樂的感覺！
