To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 趁過年之前, 幾個朋友約埋一齊食餐晚飯, 諗來諗去都吾知道食咩好, 到最後都系決定左去返我之前去過的浦和食日本餐, 因為我哋幾個都比較鍾意食日本嘢, 心諗之前試過里一間食物, 服務, 環境都幾好, 所以返回來再幫襯. 我哋一入浦和門口已經有人系度等位, 但系輪侯既時間不會太長, 大概15分鐘左右, 一入到去, 場面好熱鬧, 諗吾到平日夜都甘多人幫襯, 同外面寒冷既氣溫有個強烈既對比. 座底無耐, 侍應生好客氣幫我哋落左刺身拼盤大概10零分鐘就送到, 但系今個頭盤多左鯨龍魚, 蝦刺身, 食落感覺, 不得不讚里度刺身好新鮮, 好有鮮味, 吾似有些餐廳刺身地方雪味好重; 加上刺身都切得好厚, 尤其三文魚, 吞拿魚, 希零魚, 不會將價就貨, 值得一讚. 食完一輪, 跟住喊左手卷, 炸嘢, 串燒, 海鮮粥, 炒雜菜,牛柳粒, 拉麵, 個味同之前差不多, 吉列炸蠔, 雞肉, 雞腎串, 天婦羅蝦.....水準無變, 但系, 粥類, 麵類上到來吾夠熱, 手卷比較鬆散, 鯖魚燒得吾夠香, 可以燒耐少少就好啦

我哋食左個零鍾都已經好飽lu, 跟住就喊甜品, 侍應同我哋講, 多左幾款甜品, 特別推介忌廉泡芙, 于是我哋點左泡芙和紅豆,芝麻雪糕來試試; 原來個侍應真系無介紹錯, 外脆內軟,吾會太甜, 好好味.

價錢依然未變, 每位消$220. 都可以食到中上水準既放題, 認真超值, 希望下次來食既時候可以有更多的新嘢推出.
