To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 以往大時大節都會去指定一間酒樓食晚飯,貪佢水準保持到無失望過,殊不知食開嗰間易主賣咗俾太X集團,冬至嗰餐好失望就轉一轉試吓呢間。。。呢間得喎,可以encore👍🏼👍🏼首先每一道餸上菜嗰陣都係熱辣辣嘅👍🏼平時好怕亦成日唔明點解啲食肆可以攤到啲嘢食凍晒至上到枱。小籠包鍋貼🥟係充滿湯汁嘅😋鍋貼皮厚薄適中,有肉汁又脆口炸子雞肉嫩唔乾有肉汁火腿津白夠入味唔會死咸不過可惜佢無奶油津白葱爆牛肉上菜嗰陣直頭熱到焫口嘅👍🏼蟹黃鍋巴好味,細碟咗少少葱油大餅好香葱味
