今次黎到試下最近好hit啲全手工筲箕河粉‼️老闆係90後嘅年輕人,首次嘗試全港唯一用筲箕去做嘅手工河粉‼️問左老闆,就連米漿都係自己碾磨超過1800次,所以米漿會細膩絲滑‼️雖然手工繁複,但價錢一啲都唔貴😃 手撕雞筲箕河粉|$36手撕雞鋪滿成盒河粉🤭雞肉唔會鞋,爽滑‼️河粉老闆會即叫即蒸‼️見住老闆將一殼粉漿倒落筲箕蒸一分鐘,之後將佢切成一條條就會變成河粉喇❤️河粉一定要淋上老闆獨家調制嘅醬汁🥰好香蒜蓉同乾蔥‼️河粉唔會話太薄,但食落有口感同好滑溜😃同埋一定要加上枱上嘅炸黃豆同埋辣椒醬🔥黃豆食落脆卜卜,辣椒醬都幾辣同好香,mix埋河粉超惹味‼️ 大腸筲箕河粉|$34大腸都有6-7件,大腸有咬口,滷水夠入味 滷水大雜燴 (小)|$38雖然我地叫左碗細嘅,但原來都幾大碗😁入面有牛筋、牛腩、牛肚、大腸、冬菇、蘿蔔同埋滷水蛋牛筋、牛腩、牛肚同蘿蔔都炆得夠晒淋夠晒入味👍但滷水蛋有啲過鹹😅 火鴨絲碗仔翅|$28分量好足料,夠大碗,有火鴨絲、木耳同埋冬菇等等 總結:老闆年輕有為,睇得出好用❤️研製呢個手工筲箕河粉👍希望呢個傳統手工美食可以好好發展落去❤️
