今日去完太古城行街血拼,入左apita附近開咗間新嘅串燒屋,一入到去間舖頭裝修就好似返到以前舊日本時代咁,雖然而家仲未可以去日本,但成晚就好似喺京都大自然一樣。侍應有介紹我哋舖頭係啱啱新開,亦都係海鮮為主嘅串燒,首先我哋嗌咗個雞泡魚乾做小食,雞泡魚乾唔似其他舖頭燒到咁乾,竟然係濕濕地,非常有質感,好特別,我鍾意。另外頭盤嗌咗個刺身拼盤,三文魚非常之新鮮另外亦都有吞拿魚同埋海蝦都非常之鮮甜。跟住點餐嘅時候,侍應都有推介我哋食免治雞軟骨串燒,分別一串就鹽燒,另一串就芝士面,咬落去好有口感,有芝士嘅比較膩,不過我鍾意呢款多啲。太太就食咗厚燒牛舌,佢都話好香牛味,亦都非常香口,一口啖咬落去非常幸福。主菜嚟啦,我哋嗌咗壽喜燒鍋,壽喜燒汁先係主角呀嘛,壽喜燒汁包住d牛肉,另外有埋京蔥包住食,一啖咬落去,每一個食物都發揮到佢個味道同作用。另外嗌咗個燒雞,呢款燒雞相當入味,而且全隻雞雞皮都係脆,肉質亦都好滑,食完半隻燒雞其實都已經飽飽地。之後再嚟多個燒豆腐,食完牛肉之後,真係要食返啲素中和一下。,豆腐面上邊有啲香蔥同木魚碎,原來佢哋先係主角。我哋真係眼闊肚窄,嗌多個燒魷魚,燒魷魚燒得非常之香,侍應一拎

我哋真係眼闊肚窄,嗌多個燒魷魚,燒魷魚燒得非常之香,侍應一拎出嚟嘅時候,基本上係全間餐廳都聞到燒魷魚嘅香味,咬落去亦都肉質好有口感,。最尾老婆亦都要嗌多個燒菠蘿同埋燒粟米作結。酸酸嘅菠蘿喺熱力襯托之下,將個甜味繼續昇華,而燒粟米呢就真係好似粟一宵咁橋,非常之正,係一啲大型商場來講,有串燒店,啱晒一間喺太古城收工,或者血拼完之後一家大細或者同老友傾吓計嘅好地方。
