To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今次係第一次食Omakase,早一個月前已經訂咗枱,滿心期待著這一個晚上。師傅喺送上每一道食物時,都會介紹食材來源,食物特色,同最佳嘅食法等等。每一道食物嘅食材都非常講究,味道質素都很岀色,十多道食物難以逐一介紹,就介紹一下特別喜歡的幾款。茶碗蒸黑松露香氣濃郁,蛋口感嫩滑,加上金箔,更顯高貴。白子第一次食,口感creamy,鮮美,配上微酸嘅汁同葱更突顯鮮甜。新鮮北寄貝堅新鮮,師傅整壽司時,北寄貝仲有少少神經反應,第一次食咁爽甜嘅北寄貝!海膽最難忘的一道。師傳告訴我們這板海膽價值不菲,來貨價已經要七千幾八千蚊,可算是海膽之中嘅極品。滿滿嘅海膽望落已經好震撼,一啖放入口,海膽非常濃郁甘甜,大滿足,超級美味,果然不同凡響秋刀魚中拖羅金目鯛間白(鱆紅魚)靜岡密瓜今晚真係好開心,好享受,不單單是因為美味的食物,同樣欣賞師傅對挑選食材的認真及準備食物時的專注和用心。
