我十分喜愛精緻的菜式,所以這天特地安排去品嚐廚師發板的美味日本菜。我們吃的是「潮-Ushio」。食物包括前菜、刺身、2款熱食、8件壽司、味噌湯、咖哩飯及甜點。食物種類眾多,而且味道均相當有水準,因此我精選了一項特別美味的分享!西京燒鱸魚的美味源自食材自身。西京燒是尋常的日式烹調手法,以偏甜的白味噌調味海鮮,給我的感覺很細緻,且能凸顯海產的甜美。烹調後的鱸魚無比細滑,魚肉香嫩,可口極了!能夠品嚐到如此的美味真的是十分幸福!
