To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

幸福的雞髀

星期六還要工作半天，最後在中環完成工作後，一直在遊蕩，香港的夏日天氣又悶熱又潮濕，看一看電話上的計步器走了16,000步，不知不覺間已經去到上環，應該是時候要補充體力，找個地方吃午飯吧海南雞髀飯海南雞飯應該任何一個人都食過，但是海南雞髀飯平常需要加附加費才能指定雞髀，在這裏不用額外付費，就可以指定雞髀或雞翼，好幸福哦，我選擇了雞髀，一看之下是去骨雞髀，非常窩心，怎樣吃都可以不用拆骨，而且份量十足，雞髀非常滑但不會肥，適合一年365日都要減肥的我，一點點鹹香配合泰式辣醬很開胃，再試一下薑油又是另外一種感覺，幸福的下午凍檸檬茶檸檬茶控如我一天都不能缺少，亦都有一定要求，這裏紅茶和檸檬比例調配得剛剛好，紅茶沒有苦澀味，一口喝下去有一種順滑感微黃的燈光，悠閒的下午，意外驚喜的午餐，一杯喜愛的檸檬茶，一個星期就此完結，感覺圓滿
