To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 罷左好幾次市既小黃店💛我哋本身嗰日係想幫襯附近一間告急嘅小黃店㗎 但係太多人排隊 佢截左龍 所以我哋就嚟咗呢一間度食☺️佢都幾好食 所有野都做得唔錯 幾有驚喜keke·炸蝦野菜天婦羅 $78因為我見到OpenRice啲相好似好吸引 所以就算我唔食得蝦我都嗌咗🤣🤣佢個蕎麥麵係自己手打嘅 我覺得口感都唔錯 至於佢個天婦羅係新鮮即炸既😍我自己幾欣賞佢個番茄同埋冬菇 呢兩個都係超級Juicy 不過佢個南瓜就好似煮得唔夠淋咁 所以爭少少 至於個🦐我朋友話個質感都ok既 不過就無咩蝦味🤭🤭·酢味增燒豬軟骨飯$78呢一個真係超級驚喜😍😍佢係有四大舊豬軟骨 每一舊都超級淋 而且佢個軟骨位做得超好 係真係好似jelly咁樣 又唔會太油膩 我自己覺得呢個真係非常之出色🤤🤤可惜我冇影到相俾大家睇😭強烈推介呢個啊🤤·📍北角炮台山宏安道18號威徳閣地下8號舖
