To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日約左朋友係黃埔花園食晚餐，不過我早收工，早左到，就決定去aeon超市行行，睇吓有冇嘢買，行到最後，見到有間飲品店都幾吸引，我又剛好想飲珍珠奶茶喎，就問咗朋友想飲乜嘢，然後買咗一人一杯。我自己要左黑糖珍珠抹茶鮮奶，店員提醒下要左微糖同脫脂奶，感覺比較健康。珍珠口感好好，好q彈，抹茶味亦都好夠濃，但係有少少甘香，配埋黑糖就剛剛好！我特別鍾意佢個包裝，除咗佢哋個logo有兩隻豹之外，杯面同杯蓋都整得好有質感。我幫朋友要左杯完熟蘋果冰茶，特地要左四季春茶底，要埋微糖少冰，朋友話好清新，感覺好新鮮，唔係啲化學甜味，加埋四季春個茶底好香濃，所以飲落好有層次感。呢度整嘢飲嘅速度都算好快，加埋店員都好有禮貌，推介！
