To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日同朋友去咗基隆街搵啲"架撐"等佢返工用嘅因為佢話搵咗好多間五金鋪都冇朋友介紹佢去咗呢度就買到喇. 買完嘢就去咗附近諗住飲杯嘢.佢呢度嘅裝修都幾特別係用咗中國色彩嘅木傢俬嚟拼湊而成, 而且有牌匾,  我未去過酒吧係咁有中國色彩嘅. 我朋友點左draft beer可以消氣, 同埋呢度有好多款出面都未見過嘅. 我就點咗芒果沙冰cocktail, 都幾好因為個芒果味唔會好藥水最怕啲芒果沙冰係藥水味,偶爾間都食到少少芒果絲,  幾有誠意下, 另外我點咗parma ham同朋友share, 都幾大碟下佢上面審咗啲醋感覺上冇平時就咁食咁鹹呢個食法都幾特別.
