我冇去過名古屋,又冇食過名古屋菜,但我覺得佢都好日本FEEL因為佢有幾味菜都真係幾似我係日本食過的味道在CWB唔知食MUD行到哩間點知冇訂只可座BAR枱,都幾受歡迎噃腐皮蛋,好脆好熱,面係溏心蛋,好食麵豉吉列豬扒,麵豉醬好味,豬扒個皮唔夠貼舊肉,但OK鰻魚飯個食法同我係東京淺草食的好相似,又係一桶分3次食,第一份就咁食,第二份加WASABI 同紫蘇葉(哩PART真係同個飯好夾,神來之筆),最後係湯漬,個木魚湯好香鰻魚食得出個食材係有投資的,好厚好彈牙,係靚野,可以改善的是我食到第三部份個魚湯已凍哂,最好係等客人食到咁上下先上 (畢竟是OVER $200的鰻魚飯嘛,配套要完善D)無論味道和賣相都像極東京鳥良的雞翼,鳥良的細細隻骨好脆,香港就做唔到了,它的做法本是乾,如果骨唔脆就好硬易哽親了段秤當然不及日本的居酒屋水平,但在香港有這風味相當不錯

段秤當然不及日本的居酒屋水平,但在香港有這風味相當不錯
