To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間上海排骨麵喺西營盤都好受街坊/Hku同學仔歡迎，款式唔算好特別，但簡單得嚟幾抵食同好味😋 覺得可以再去幫襯！（見其他平台有人話佢哋服務麻麻，但我哋去當日又覺得唔錯，坐低左2人位之後，隔離4人枱有人走都有問我哋轉唔轉過去坐得舒服啲，同埋落單上菜嘅態度都幾親切嘅）•🥢 菜膽雲吞排骨麵 $47上海排骨即係炸排骨，排骨偏薄一塊炸好切開幾件，呢到嘅排骨炸到金黃色另上，保持到好酥脆，雖然炸皮表面係有啲一粒粒，但炸粉唔會好厚，得6件就有啲唔夠喉，不過仲有雲吞同麵(雲吞下面再講)，麵係典型上海麵，幾有咬口～•🥢 菜膽雲吞湯 $42雲吞湯大約有6-7隻雲吞，每隻都大隻飽滿，皮薄而且好滑，餡係白菜豬肉，白菜唔係切到好碎，會保留到咬口，調味唔會好重，好有屋企嘅味道🤤•🥢 紫菜腐皮卷 $28見幾多人叫腐皮卷都揀咗呢個紫菜腐皮卷試下，腐皮有好多層，炸到好脆，但都幾淡味，中間夾咗紫菜，但都係無咩味🙊 唔係見到都唔覺有紫菜😂 如果多返少少調味會好啲，可能下次試下鯪魚肉腐皮卷啦～
