有質素既炸脾係外脆內嫩，而佢呢隻比較乾身，較硬，肉質唔嫩都係偏向硬，但唔算難食另外豬扒飯價錢唔貴既下午茶飯餐，豬扒部位靚，又煎得夠邊脆，加上葱油冇得輸，比佢好高分
