To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

朋友介紹來呢間麻辣燙試下，下午時間無咩人，舖頭細細但都幾乾淨，一聽亞姐口音都係四川人，想來d野都會幾正宗。叫左豬大腸米線，涼拌藕片，紅油抄手，雜醬麵，全部小辣加麻。豬大腸幾好味，洗得好乾淨，湯底同我係重慶食過既好似，正！最正係d花椒粉，好麻好香。涼拌藕片d藕片好脆，涼拌汁入邊有芝麻粒，幾香口。抄手係豬肉餡，皮好滑，湯就咸左少少。雜醬麵d雜醬味道幾香，略為濃郁。總言之，間鋪d野幾正宗，出野速度都快，喜歡食辣食麻的人不妨一試。
