To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 添好運個名就成日都聽但係真係第一次食,一聽到係中環地鐵站到食都有啲唔係咁相信既一去到人流多到不得了,入面間鋪頭其實唔係真係咁細既但條龍長到有成二十個人大部分都唔係本地香港人入到去就叫左個叉燒蘇燒賣馬拉糕鮮竹卷etc,講真個叉燒酥係真係出色,外面層皮脆加上入面熱辣辣既叉燒係真係好食,其他食物不過不失無乜特別味道ok既但價錢偏貴,兩個人都食左二百幾三百蚊左右,茶就無酒樓咁好飲啦,自己都係去完一次食完都應該唔會特別想再食
