To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

嚟沙田Hyatt Regency staycation, 包埋自助晚餐。本身自助晚餐要$650/位，小童半價，所以package包埋都幾抵。呢度食物嘅選擇都好正路，冷盤有龍蝦，蟹腳，蝦。魚生有三文魚，吞拿魚，油甘魚，帶子，甜蝦，全部都好新鮮，非常出色。至於Tong，中湯比細湯出色，中湯有蟲草花赤肉湯，同埋胡椒鹹菜豬肚湯。熱門方面有中式區，鐵板區，西式區，亞洲區，選擇雖然唔算多，但係食物質素唔錯。值得推介嘅有：超大花膠，鮑魚，鐵板鵝肝，羊架，原條蒸魚，咖喱魚蛋豬皮。至於甜品，有waffle，banana pancake，葡撻，朱古力麵包布甸，各式各樣嘅蛋糕，最特別嘅係羅漢果奶糖泡芙。好滿足嘅一餐。
