To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 去唔到韓國只係想食韓國野....去到果陣人唔多...門口等左好耐先有個女侍應帶位落單個陣都係佢....但因為我唔食生野韓式拌飯上面隻蛋...我話要改全熟既煎蛋佢就話餐牌上既野都唔可以改我話咁一係唔要隻蛋...又或者另上佢勁惡咁話...都話左唔可以改餐牌既野其實只係煎熟啲隻蛋又或者係可以慳返一隻蛋到底有幾難無論香港定韓國...韓式拌飯我食過咁多次都係可以轉全熟既蛋最後因為呢個女侍應....我即刻起身走人再上黎open rice....咁多投訴既餐廳下次食飯都係睇左open rice先
