To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

突然想食辣野,去揾左間接近ge川菜,跟住地圖揾左輪原來係斜路啱啱開舖所以無咩人但好彩我黎得早~一座落黎就佢個電話就響不停,一個人負責曬聽電話、落單、出菜我望住佢都覺得辛苦環境就無咩好講因為都開左一段時間。我點左豬頭肉萵筍伴面同紅油炒手,黎到估唔到都幾大碗,個伴面都幾好食最好食係萵筍,豬頭肉都係用黎送酒適合D但主要係夠大碗;個紅油炒手味道係ok ge但我係覺得餡同皮ge比例唔太好。走個時門口已經有人龍如果唔係早黎都有排排隊
