To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 早前朋友介紹北京樓的填鴨臨時決定之下就來這慶祝白色情人節人很多 很熱鬧這裡酒類的都不貴^^普普通通點了一支merlot($250)不過味道澀了些><侍應每當路過都會主動為我們倒酒這個蝦球的中文名稱忘了 ($2xx)中文菜名touji通常都看不懂 太多修飾了咸甜酸辣都有的一道菜很醒胃 蝦球很鮮很爽口 夠大粒只有一整隻選擇($400)弄出來有兩碟之多聞上去很香十分期待鴨的肥膏不多不過肉有一點點"鞋"包著鴨吃的皮有點厚而且只是用碟上 很快會冷掉配料有醬,京蔥,青瓜兩個人吃了一碟多就開始慢了下來touji他喜歡吃東坡肉所以也點了一盎($48)我自己覺得很油 但他說很好吃 肉跟脂肪溶化後還在口裡回味著還點了一個清炒小棠菜($88)忘了拍照 適合在吃了一堆濃味食物後清清味蕾很滿足的一餐
