Toban yaki US prime beef with yuzu soy (100g) @ $368
呢個係chosen from chope BOYO menu,小妹覺得最好食既dish。最驚喜係佢個陶板燒好熱,但牛肉切開係perfect既medium rare。肉質好嫩,完全冇筋,會有種入口即化既感覺。缺點係個柚子醬油太鹹,冇左柚子既酸酸甜甜既味。

Black cod miso 鱈魚西京燒 @ $368
呢個都係from chope menu。男朋友係鱈魚粉絲,都估到佢一定會嗌呢個。呢個西京燒係店方既招牌菜之一。鱈魚燒得有微微焦香, 肉質細緻嫩滑 ,魚油香加上燒汁醬,入口帶有淡淡味噌的甘甜味,好惹味。唯一有少少遺憾係炭香味唔夠。

Suntory Whisky Iced Cappuccino凍威士忌咖啡杯 @ $148
杯面係用威士忌打成的雪白泡沫,下層係可可脆粒和咖啡忌廉,味道有d似Tiramisu ,不過係加左威士忌,唔係一般既rum,令咖啡味比較甘香濃郁,同時帶點苦澀,比普通出面食既tiramisu層次更豐富,係幾有特色既。
