To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

男朋友生日飯，Book位時話Waiting window seat排第8張，本來好失望咖。不過嚟到之後，侍應帶佐我地到窗口位，真喺喜出望外個view幾好，可惜當晚落雨能見度低，所以景觀未夠100分。我地坐低後，waiter 就問我地飲咩，有任飲的紅白酒，bubble,果汁汽水。出佐去行個圈，地方空間唔算大，食物種類唔算多。不過有我最中意食生蠔，龍蝦，蟹。感覺還不錯。我地開餐了生蠔唔算大，但幾鮮甜。蟹脚、凍蟹、蝦都好鮮甜最後，我哋食埋加少少錢訂的蛋糕仔。
