To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

幾年前黎過呢度食飯慶祝生日，今次到另一朋友仔生日，去返呢間食，食物款式好似比之前多左啲。叫完野食就送上餐包，有3種款式，幾有誠意。方形一粒既系蒜蓉包，另一款系法包，仲有黑色既餅乾。火炙半熟三文魚伴紫蘇葉莎莎 $148個人幾鐘意佢個三文魚，半熟程度岩岩好，好軟嫩，而且醃既醬油幾入味，旁邊有沙律菜、蕃茄等，夾埋一齊食不錯。牛肝菌露筍意大利飯 $208牛肝菌都幾多，露筍切片，意大利飯既硬度適中，略嫌個汁煮得稀左少少。朱古力心太軟 $78呢度生日叫甜品可以系碟寫字，所以系其中一個我會選擇黎食生日飯既原因。心太軟有朱古力流心效果，個人覺得甜左少少，不過夾埋雲呢拿雪糕一齊食都ok。餐牌：
