To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Grand Hyatt嘅Afternoon Tea向來都挺有人氣,趁媽咪生日終於有藉口去喇🥰三層下午茶架分別有鹹點､甜點及Scones Scones分別有原味及提子味!除左基本嘅三層架及scones外,出面仲有窩夫,雪糕及馬卡龍等甜品可以任取!設有現場演奏,氣氛非常好,當然不少得生日歌,音樂湊起時職員隨即送上生日蛋糕👍🏻食到尾聲時,發現原來三層架上嘅食物係可以打包走嘅,難怪個個枱上嘅食物一直放,淨係出去攞其他野食🫢
